I sent this as a gift and the recipient loved it! This company was also so accommodating and easy to work with. I had to change the delivery date due at the last minute and it was taken care of within minutes of contacting them!

Smells great ,but smaller than I thought

Ordered item to be delivered on 19th for my daughter's birthday but it didn't show up until 5 days after that and there was no gold ribbon on the gift at all. Sent an email discussing all of this to eternal roses and never got a reply back.

We do apologize for the delay in your shipment, we can only assure you that the item did leave our facility on time to make the requested delivery date of 19th, however the postal service seemed to have sorted the shipment incorrectly at the local facility in NC. Once the item ships with the postal service each customer chooses at checkout, we rely on that carrier's specific service since we do not handle that service ourselves.
