Beautiful flowers, delayed delivery
My sister absolutely loved the arrangement; however, they arrived a day later than promised. While it was after a holiday, there should’ve been a notification advising these would not arrive on time during the ordering process. It was a holiday weekend and if the item was not going to arrive by the anticipated date, I should’ve been notified and shipping costs should have been discounted. I reached out to Customer Service and was informed the shop was closed for 3 days, unbeknownst to me. I asked for someone in management to contact me to discuss; however, no one returned my call or message. For such an expensive arrangement, communication could use some improvement.
