I had an arrangement sent to a friend that just lost a family member. The vase was broken when it arrived. I contacted customer service several times before I finally spoke with someone. They basically said that she must have broken the vase and were not willing to send her a new one. After speaking to two different people they finally agreed to send her a vase no new arrangement though. It wasn’t sent until 9 days after I spoke to them! Absolutely ridiculous for the amount of money that we spent on this special gift.
I gave this to my girlfriend as a gift and she loved them. Them smelt amazing as well. They were just smaller than I had anticipated and seeing them now, I would have gotten a bigger size.
Placed an order and upon arrival it was damaged. But after a few emails I had another order sent to me at no charge that arrived in amazing condition. A lot of companies can learn something.
