Preserved Roses NYC

Eternal Roses® is a New York company. We were founded here and are still here today, and every order ships from New York. Our preserved roses are real roses, handcrafted into luxury gift boxes and centerpieces that keep their beauty for up to three years with proper care. Whether you're celebrating a birthday on the Upper East Side, saying thank you to a client in Midtown or sending love to Brooklyn, a box of Eternal Roses® is a gift that's still on display long after a bouquet would have faded.

Why Preserved Roses?

  • Real roses, made to last. Each rose is a natural rose that has been preserved, so it keeps its look and color. With proper care, it lasts up to three years.
  • No water, no fuss. Don't water them. Just keep them away from direct light, excessive heat and dust. Every gift comes with care instructions.
  • They smell like fresh roses. All our roses smell like fresh roses, so the gift feels as romantic as a fresh-cut bouquet.
  • Gifts that double as decor. Our signature boxes, from heart-shaped Chelsea to square Lennox and mirrored Lexington, are designed to be displayed at home or in the office.

Delivery in New York City

Every Eternal Roses® order is handcrafted and ships from New York. Here's how timing works:

  • Production time: we need at least 24 hours to produce your order after it's placed, and it ships once production is complete. Production runs Monday to Friday; weekends and holidays aren't production days.
  • Shipping in NYC and the surrounding area: UPS, FedEx and USPS Ground options typically arrive within one day of shipping, so NYC residents usually don't need to pick an expedited method.
  • Choose a delivery date: the calendar in your cart lets you pick an estimated delivery date. Allow for production and transit time.
  • Saturday delivery: USPS and FedEx deliver on Saturdays to most locations; not every UPS option does.
  • Local hand delivery: a local hand-delivery service is offered at checkout, and it's the only delivery option with a guaranteed time. Paid same-day local delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM, for addresses local to central Long Island only. Same-day delivery is not available in New York City; NYC orders ship using the options above. The same-day delivery fee is $35.
  • Local pick-up: some large arrangements, like the Estella XLarge Half Moon box, are local pick-up only. Pick up from 705 Bedford Ave, Suite B, Bellmore, NY 11710. Schedule your pick-up by emailing customer service; pick-ups are usually on weekdays between 3 and 5 PM.

Free shipping, when offered, uses Ground service and applies only to domestic US shipments. Some orders over $150 may need a signature on delivery.
