    Absolute Nightmare Fraud! Lies!

    I ordered roses for my daughter for her birthday. She was going into the hospital for surgery the day after. The roses did not arrive the day I asked. I emailed without response. I called and was asked ro leave a voice mail. No response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Suddenly the flowers were shipped but it was too late. Her birthday and surgery had passed and she was no longer her in town. I called and asked for a supervisor who told me they were delivered. And that all delivery dates are approximate and not a guarantee. She was rude and hung up on me. I called USPS and they said the packageI ordered roses for my daughter for her birthday.     Hello and thank you for reaching out to us. We have to point out two major issues with your review: each order is being booked solely by the person purchasing, meaning you are the only one that is inputting the recipient's address on the order, therefore where the order is shipped will depend on what was inputted. If the wrong address is inputted and you fail to call our customer service department to correct that we are unable to ship anywhere else but what is on the order. The second thing we wanted to mention was the fact that we hung up on you, which is true, we did since we are not in the position to accept nor listen to a customer scream and curse at our staff. You came back to us asking for a refund, however already filed for a chargeback with your credit card company, which is technically double dipping. You are not able to ask for a refund while waiting on a chargeback procedure since that might result in getting a a double refund from our company. This is what our customer service rep was trying to explain to you when you started screaming and calling her names, this is not acceptable, not for a purchase of flowers which was inputted with a wrong address from your end. We strive to help every single customer as best as we can and assist them in any way, however we are not willing to take abuse from irrational customers at any point of the process.
