Unfortunately the Chelsea Gift Boxes do not come with additional ribbons, they only come with the handle featured on the site, something that is specifically mentioned on the page featuring the accessories. The card was an empty card sent with the marketing material, there was no message requested, so we sent it according to your instructions. If you loved the rose we believe that it is in fact the most important factor in this purchase, probably worth a whole lot more than the one star given due to oversights out of our control. We are glad you thought the rose was beautiful.

Beautiful and Innovative
I purchased the yellow single rose as a gift of friendship, and the owner thought it was beautiful and innovative because she is young with a busy schedule so it's nice to have a flower that will actually last a very long time.

I didn’t hate the buying process but timing.
Ordered flowers weeks in advance to make sure they get to my gf on Valentine’s Day. Came 2 days later. It took 12 business days for the store to actually get the flowers delivered.
Hello there and we appreciate your feedback. We actually do not deliver the flowers, all get sent out via a shipping carrier such as UPS or USPS (according to your requirements). In order for us to ship on an exact day, such as Valentine's Day, we will have to coordinate to make sure the flowers will leave our facility in time for them to arrive not one day early or one day late, but on that same exact date. After the flowers leave, we are completely at the mercy of the carrier, sometimes they are 100% accurate, other times they have other factors that intervene (weather conditions, sorting issues at the local facility, lost packages etc). We constantly try to explain this to everyone out there that has had a bad experience, some understand, others blame the company shipping the item. We completely understand the frustration and have made MANY customers happy with discounts, replacement items or credits. Please feel free to always contact us with any issue, I assure you that we will do our best to make you happy!
