I want to let everyone reading this review to know the 3 stars is due to false expectation by sales regarding shipping. On 02/08/21 at 330pm PST, spoke with a sales person on webchat talking about shipping concern if i could have the flower in time before Valentine's day. Person during the chat said that unfortunately since they were based in NY they couldn't ship it on Monday but will ship it right away on Tuesday(If USPS delays it then nothing they can do). I thanked the person and purchased the flower at 344pm PST thinking i will get a tracking # on Tuesday. I received a USPS shipping notice that USPS will now pick up the package from them on WEDNESDAY, 02/10/21. Sales person told me on Monday they would ship the next day(Tuesday, 02/09/21), thinking this might be a bit rushed but i did choose Priority Mail( 2 business day) so i didn't think twice about it. The rest of the issue was on USPS and definitely not on the company's fault as there was a massive delay and i did not get my flower until 02/16 430pm. Wife was more than understanding of the issue but perhaps if the USPS notification went out on Tuesday as promised instead of Wednesday i might of gotten my flower on time for Valentine's day. For that i knock off 2 stars for the wrong expectation that was set by the sales person. Flower itself was gorgeous and packaged wonderfully, if it wasn't for the false expectation i would recommend this company to all my friends. Due to the pandemic and both of us working at home i did not want to order the flower too soon and have my wife discover it by accident so in a sense that was my fault for ordering it on Monday thinking priority mail would be sufficient. Again i want to emphasize the flower is fantastic and wife loves smelling it everyday but in my case it was a simple 1 day delay by the company plus the major screwup by USPS that led me to put down 3 stars for this.
